🔴⚫️COUNTY FINAL | PRIDE IN OUR CLUB 🟢⚫️
While the result wasn’t what we had hoped for, we couldn’t be prouder of our lads and everything they have given to Naomh Bríd throughout this journey.
The heart, determination and fight shown by the boys in the second half was there for everyone to see. They never gave up, kept battling until the final whistle and showed the true spirit of Naomh Bríd. They have represented our club with tremendous pride and honour, and they can hold their heads high.
Reaching our first adult county final in 20 years, in our club’s 50th anniversary year, is a fantastic achievement and one that will live long in the memory. While Saturday brought disappointment, this team has given the entire club so much to be proud of.
A massive thank you to everyone who travelled to O’Donnell Park and turned out in such incredible numbers to support the lads. The sea of green and black, the flags and the noise from the stands were unbelievable. Your support meant so much to the players, and you did the club proud too.
To the players and management, thank you for the commitment, effort and memories you have given us. This journey may not have ended the way we wanted, but the pride you have brought to Naomh Bríd is something nobody can take away.
🟢⚫️Naomh Bríd Abú — we go again! 🔴⚫️
