U14 Academy Final
Wed 14th October 2026

Sixmilebridge 3-5
Crusheen Tubber 5-16

Venue - Tubber
Referee - Niall O'Donovan

Hard luck to our U14 Academy hurlers last night who lost out to a very good Crusheen Tubber side in the Academy Final played inn Tubber under lights.

A good team performance they tried hard right up to the end. There was a gale blowing and the teams were very close after the first half. The Bridge started the second half Well also but a crusheen began to dominate in the final quarter and proceeded to take the win in the end. Well done to the boys who had some very good performances in this campaign and have certainly shown good signs of development of their skills, match play and physicality. They have now concluded their club hurling for 2026 and will shortly begin their Winter athletic devlopment with the club. Most if the boys will also be training and hurling with their schools and we would encourage them to continue their hurling development there.
