Juniors conclude their championship group schedule
Ahane junior footballers finished their group fixtures yesterday evening with a spirited defeat to an impressive Ballybrown team. While this result ends their participation in this year’s championship, the performance provided a degree of hope and some pointers for the team management ahead of their final fixture of the season, in the East Junior Championship. This fixture against Fedamore is likely to be scheduled in the coming days and we will share more information when it becomes known.
The panel would like to extend their congratulations to the Limerick Ladies football team on their All-Ireland success and Ahane’s own, Siofra Keane in particular.
