We are days away from when our Operation Transformation and Ireland Lights Up gets underway, both will be on different days of the week so it will be a great opportunity to get involved in at least one of the upcoming events promoted by the Healthy Club. A great way to get you back into your pre Christmas figure. If you are taking part in a weight loss or healthier life programme we would love to see your group come along and join in.
Ireland Lights up starting Thursday 17 January with Operation Transformation taking place on Monday 21 January, both will continue for 6 weeks and start at 7.30pm from Mungret St. Pauls club house. Please bring a Hi Vis jacket with you. We look forward to seeing you there.
