From midnight tonight, the country enters Level 3 of the government's Plan for Living with Covid-19., meaning changes to how we train and play rugby.

No matches are to take place, while non-contact training is allowed from Minis to Seniors for the next 3 weeks.

From midnight tonight (and for the next 3 weeks):

  • No rugby matches are allowed to take place.
  • Training can still go ahead, however it must now be Non-Contact training only.
  • No Contact training only allowed for all ages from Minis to Seniors.
  • Training in pods of up to 15 (13 players and 2 coaches).
  • Strict avoidance of gatherings including social gathering before and after training.
  • Strict adherence to 2 metre physical distancing before and after training.
  • Hand washing and sanitising procedure to be followed.
  • Good coughing and sneezing etiquette,
  • No huddles, high fives etc.
  • Pre-Rugby Personal Assessment Declaration Forms to be completed online where possible and before every session by players and coaches.
  • Remember the mantra: Arrive - Train - Go
