Congratulations to the Munich Colmcilles Ladies Gaelic Football team who won the first round of the South East European Championship in Rovigo, Italy last weekend.
The team played a direct style of football which, along with great support play, yielded some very good scores. After playing well throughout the day they put in another strong performance to defeat Vienna ladies in the final to take the trophy back to Munich. Anne Buck also claimed the Ladies Player of the Tournament on a very successful day for the team.
Next up for both the ladies' and men's Gaelic Football teams is a trip to Warsaw on the 14th May for round II of the SE European Championship.
