This Valentines weekend why not make some wholesome exercise part of your plans?
- Support our Virtual 10k / 5k walk or run.
- Make sure to e-mail us a selfie of your entry and also your time to bcfcvirtualevent@gmail.com.
- Enter any time before 12 noon on Valentines day.
- Get out in the air if you can to participate.
- It being Valentine's weekend, the least you could do is take the other half though!
- All entries will be put in a draw for a nights B&B at Woodstock Hotel courtesy of the Lally Family. Not making any comment but holding hands in your selfie might just get additional weight in the draw given the weekend that's in it.........
- If you are self isolating or restricted in your movements please note we are delighted to take entries involving trips around the house (outside or in)!
- However you take part - please wear something Blue / Black so that our neighbours can see the support.
