This was a keenly contested match played in good weather conditions. Coolmeen started brightly with points from Kevin (Val) McMahon & Cian Murphy. Clondegad responded with a pointed free. Coolmeen gradually got on top & scored points from Cathal O’Connor & Cian Murphy. In the closing stages Cathal O’Connor & Cian Murphy scored points from play to seal a deserved victory for Coolmeen.
