Last Saturday saw the fifth and final week of our Club Bonus Ball Competition to raise badly needed funds for Maree/Oranmore fc. The winners last weekend were Anthony Malone and Wes Coyne who chose number 26 in both draws. Both won a crisp 200 euro each. A special word of thanks to our Fundraising committee coordinated by club Treasurer Niall Mc Bride. Brendan O Connor in particular drove this fundraiser and deserves great credit for all his persistence, organisation and hard work.

During lockdown, we are delighted to picture the progress on resurfacing path from Maree New Pitch Dressing rooms to our 4G Pitch facility. Thanks to all who assisted.

Maree/Oranmore fc would encourage local businesses to consider purchasing Perimeter signage on our new community 4G pitch in Maree. For very reasonable rates without obligation text Martin on 087 9806489.

Maree/Oranmore fc would like to sympathise with two of our club girls coaches who  recently lost family members; to John Brogan(U17 and U19 Girls coach) and family on the sad passing of his mother Mary after a long illness and U12 Girls coach Pete Doyle on the sad passing of his dad Peter in Co Donegal. May they rest in peace.
