St Finians Rounders had their first mixed Junior All Ireland group game in Ridgewood on Friday evening at 7pm.

It was a slow start for the home team with Bunbrosna leading 9-4 after the 1st innings. Finians started to settle into the game scoring 10 runs in the second. It was 18-14 to Bunbrosna going into the 3rd innings and Finians took a small lead then and held on to it to the end of the 5th when we won the match 37 runs to 36.

Well done to all 10 players who took to the field (9 starters & 1 sub), they all did a super job.
Big shout out to Feargal who picked up an injury in last week’s social game so took up the mantle as sideline coach this evening.
