Under 14’s Update. 🔴⚪️

Well done to Nenagh Ormond U14's who had a 29-21 win Sunday morning 12th in Tyone.The second game of the league was a well contested game v Newcastle West.The Nenagh boys worked hard all game, with great defensive lines, continuessly pressuring the opposition,winning great ball at the breakdown and carrying well.Forwards fought hard and set up great plays for our backs,who tackled well and ran some excellent balls.Captain Ronan Maher showed great leadership and discipline throughout the game and led by example.Ben Deegan(2)Adam Boland, Michael Cleary and Diarmuid Gleeson crossed for trys , with two conversation's from Brian Treacy.All forwards and backs played hard for each other,and our impact replacements came on and closed out the game well,making it two wins from two , also winning their first game two weeks ago v Kilrush.Well done to all the boys and thanks to Newcastle West for a tough game.Team-Jack Cleary,Shay Óg Kennedy,Billy Kelly o'Flynn,Shaun Kennedy, Oisín Ryan,Scott Garland,Ronan Maher(c),Adam Boland(1),Brian Treacy(2conv),Aodhán Tucker, Michael Cleary(1),Jack Kennedy, Diarmuid Gleeson(1),Max Austin,Ben Deegan(2).
