Sixmilebridge Gaa Golf Classic at Shannon Golf Club September 9th
The 2016 Sixmilebridge Gaa Golf Classic is to be held in Shannon Golf Club on Friday the 9th September. The cost per entry is €200 per team of four and includes dinner in the clubhouse afterwards. Individuals who want to play will be accommodated in teams where possible.
So why not sign up for a round of golf on a great course, dinner with friends and chances to win the many spot prizes and the banter on and off the course. Will the Tipperary Carrs being the one set of clubs between them again this year! Will Johnny Corbett manage to smash a golf ball to pieces again?!
The tournament is being widely anticipated and promises to be a great day out. Last years event was a huge success with a big entry so we are advising early entries. Last years winners included Helen Fitzgerald, Kevin Corry.
We urge all the golfers in the local community and wider to get involved and help make this a great annual event on the calendar. We know there are plenty of established as well as aspiring golfers out there and it would be great to get everyone out to play with and against club and county players, management and officials and indeed their fellow 'Bridgemen and GAA supporters.
