Rugby Connect - Renew registrations for season 2023-24 - updated

Yes, its that time again..... Rugby Connect is now open for registrations

Every player (big or small, young or less young) needs to renew their IRFU registration on the Rugby Connect system.

Note: This is more easily done on a tablet or laptop as the system isn't really designed for phones.

• Your login will be your email address and - if you've forgotten it - you can reset your password.
• If you have changed email address (or forgotten the one used) since last season - we can retrieve the email you used as login. Contact us at secretary@killarneyrugby.com
• Choose the type of membership you want to renew (and remember this is not the club membership - you can pay that through the Clubzap app - click on 'Clubhouse' then select 'Membership' )

Choose the types and number of players you are registering - please click on Add/Renew and not on Continue

• You'll see a drop down with names of players linked to your login

For parents

1. When renewing for your children - it's important to use same login/email address you used last season so we don't get duplicates.
2. You should see a list of your registered children in the dropdown menu.
3. You will also need to load a photo for U14, U16, U18s [2011 to 2005] (so the faces on team sheets we hand over to refs and opposition coaches later in the season resemble the way "Cathal" or "Caoimhe" look now)
   - this cannot be the photo from the passport - please ensure this is a head-and-shoulders shot not an action shot from the Waltzer at Birds
4. If registering a player under 12 for the first time we need:
   
   - a photo of passport or birth cert to certify their age (this isn't needed if you are renewing - IRFU have it on file)
   
   If registering a player between 12 and 18 for the first time, we need:
   - a photo of passport or birth cert to certify their age (this isn't needed if you are renewing - IRFU have it on file)
   - and the photo (refered to in 3)
   
   Birth cert or passport scan needs to be readable

Sorry for the admin burden - and thanks in advance to everyone who renews correctly now - it will save us a logjam early in the season when we're asking Munster Branch to fix registrations and so is every other club in the province.
