Sincere sympathies of the club are offered to the O'Sullivan family on the passing of Kay O'Sullivan, wife of Cormac and mother of mother of Senan, Ailbhe and Kevin.
Kay and her family are longstanding and involved members of Na Fianna. Kay was a massive sideline supporter and a central figure in many of the clubs social groups, as well as being the inspiration behind the ‘Monday Night Walks’ initiative. Her husband Cormac was club PRO for nine years, and Senan (hurling and football), Ailbhe (ladies football and camogie) and Kevin (hurling and football) are all current and former players with the club.
At the family's request, the house is private today (Wednesday).
