Its that time of year again, When thinking of buying new boots for the season ahead please see the following advice.

Note that not every boot is Rugby legal. You should not use soccer boots or bladed boots under any circumstances.

Check your boots regularly. Replace worn or abraded studs immediately. You should not let your child wear their boots off the pitch. Avoid walking on concrete or road surfaces which will wear down the studs. Worn or sharp studs can seriously injure another player. Soccer blades can be razor sharp. Avoid use of these boots at all costs.
