Avenue United FC was selected to take part in the Mrs. Brown's Boys FAI Heart Care Programme which aims to ensure that every person playing football in Ireland is within 3 minutes of a lifesaving AED. This programme provided part funding for a defibrillator and training on its use. The aim is to set this up at Roslevan so that all at Our Club and surrounding community can benefit from it. This defibrillator package will be an essential addition to Our grounds at Roslevan . This much needed defibrillator was presented to us this morning before Kickoff in our Junior team game by our FAI RDO Denis Hynes . Well done to The Club committe and to the FAI for making this happen . Sincere Thank you to all who donated to help raise enough funds to make this happen . #Unitedinthecommunity #defibssavelives
