Walter's mother Evelyn Thompson is a native of Barnane & now lives in Co. Meath.
Walter himself is a former All Ireland Handball Champion & former President of the GAA handball association.
Walter is now a very successful businessman & is CEO of the Envirogreen Group - he's very proud of his Drom-Inch roots & is a regular visitor to our Parish.
