The Dillon Quirke Foundation have invited all clubs to host a Poc Fada/Long Puck competition to help raise funds for the Foundation. The winner from each club will go forward to a Poc Fada play off in Clonoulty on Saturday the 11th of February with the top 2 going on to represent Tipperary in Semple Stadium on Sunday February 19th at halftime in the Tipperary Kilkenny league match.
We will run our club Poc fada competition on this Friday evening between 7 - 8pm as winner's name has to be with the organisers by Monday.
This is open to everyone of all ages - entrants do not have to be playing members of the club and we would strongly encourage as many as possible to take part. There is a €10 entry fee with payment on the night. All funds raised including a donation from the club will go towards the Dillon Quirke Foundation.
