After a gap of 3 weeks from the defeat to Corca Dhuibhne, Killarney got back to winning ways with a convincing win over a combinastion from Tralee and Castleisland. Two quick scores in the second half allowed Killarney to push the score out to 31-7, and a try by Stephen Dalton was struck off as the referee adjudged he had been held in the tackle, Shane O'Sullivan quickly put matters right with his second try of the day to push the lead to 36-7. Tralee/Castleisland then got a second converted try to reduce the deficit somewhat.

Two further scores - a 7th try for Killarney from Mark Kennelly and a late response from Tralee/Castleisland - left the final score at 41-21
