Fans of the Wagon Wheel Singer will definitely recognize 17-year-old Jake, who often joins his older brother on stage, along with his guitar.
The Liverpool born singer/songwriter is a star in the making. Adorably – he’s also super supportive of his 26-year-old brother. Too Cute!
