U17 Footballer of the Year!
Huge congratulations also to Niall dePaor on winning the Galway GAA U17 Player of the Year Award for 2024.
The Oranmore Maree U17 Team had a remarkable year, clinching both the Galway Minor and Connacht Championships.
At the heart of these achievements was Niall dePaor who along with representing Galway in 2024 was also part of the U19 Oranmore Maree panel that claimed the Galway title.
His scoring prowess played a pivotal part in the teams success. Niall ended the u17 club campaign amassing a huge total of 2-51 over 11 County and Provincial matches – which included 26 frees ! A model of consistency all season, he left his best performance to the County Final vs Claregalway where he bagged 2 goals and 4 frees to finish with 2-4 and the man of the match award.
