The very best of luck to Matty Maxwell who makes his Clare debut on Sunday against Waterford when he lines out at half back in the Primary Game at half time. Matty plays at Center Back for our U13 Hurlers and is a student in St. Finnachtas Primary School in Sixmilebridge. He is following a proud tradition of Bridge hurlers who played in the half back line for the Clare Seniors in recent times including Seán Stack, John O'Connell, John Chaplin and John Reddan as well as our current crop of minors Zak Phelan and Jack O'Halloran who have recently manned the half back line for Clare..

We also wish Cathal and all the Clare Senior team the very best of luck when they face Waterford in Round 2 of the Munster Hurling Championship on Sunday in Walsh Park in Waterford at 2PM.
