โ๏ธ Morning โ Cumรกn2Leinster Camogie Blitz (Carlow)
Well done to all our 2013 camogie players who took part in the Cumรกn2Leinster Camogie Blitz in Carlow.
With 64 teams from across Leinster participating, it was a fantastic day of camogie.
๐๐ The Sylvesterโs girls were absolutely brilliantโholding their own against strong teams from Wicklow, Offaly, and Wexford. ๐ช๐
๐ Evening โ Ladies Football Friendly
Our Adult & Minor ladies footballers hosted the All-Ireland Intermediate 2024 Club Champions Bennekerry/Tinryland (Carlow) in a friendly.
A great run-out for all involved โ thanks to BT for travelling and best of luck in their county championship!

Well done to Mรญcheรกl Kiernan, Charlie McLoughlin & Freddie Kilduff from our U14s who lined out against Antrim. There were two matches, with Freddie honoured to captain one of the teams. to captain one of the teams.
โ๏ธ Afternoon โ Gaelico Galego Friendly
A great afternoon of international football flavour in Broomfield as Gaelico Galego, the visiting Spanish GAA side, took on Syls.
๐๐ A brilliant cultural and sporting occasion, with huge thanks to our visitors for making the trip. The atmosphere was superb, and both teams enjoyed a fantastic run-out.
๐ Evening โ Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship โ Round 2 (Seniors)
St Sylvesters 4-15 | Commercials 3-24
A high-scoring thriller in Broomfield saw Syls edged out despite a huge effort.
Leading by two at half-time, the lads were undone by two soft second-half goals and an uncharacteristically high number of wides. A late rally, including a penalty goal, cut the deficit to five with two minutes to play, but time ran out. Plenty of positives, but also frustration at chances left behind.

Shout out to Kate Sullivan, Clodagh Fox & Nicole Owens, who helped Dublin overcome Galway to book their place in the All-Ireland Final on August 3rd.

A big away win for the seconds, who held their nerve in a tight battle in Pairc Barrog. A strong finish secured the points and puts them right back in the mix in Group 1.

Our Senior Ladies Football team were up early for some serious prep, training with the Defence Forces Ranger Wing on Portmarnock beach. A fantastic military-style session as they continue their build-up to the championship in August.

Well done to Abi Byrne & Lauren McNulty, who took part in Sundayโs Dublin U15 PDP finals day. Shout out also to Leah Raftery & Lily Ryan, who were part of the PDP squad but away on holidays. ๐ฉต๐
