U12s Grace Croke Park against Cork, Tipp & Waterford Opposition

Some of our U12 hurlers got to line out on the hallowed pitch of Croke Park recently where they got to play 3 matches against opposition from Cork, Waterford and Tipperary.

A great day out with  a bus to bring the lucky hurlers all the way to Coke Park and with the obligatory stop at the Obama plaza on the way home!

Ove the course of the 3 matches our boys played almost 1 full hour of hurling on the spectacular surface of Croke Park, a once in a life tim oppurtunity. Indeed coaches Stiofan Fitzpatrick and Paul Fitzpatyrick were trading stories early in the morning prior to departure of their Clare minor days and cherished memories in Croke Park. 

Following the matches the boys got a tour of the stadium and dressing rooms, lounge, warm up area and the Gaa shop.

A great day out with some wonderful memories for th eboys, most of whom have now played in Cusack park, Thurles and Croke park at the ripe old age of 12, lets hope this is not the last we see of them in these great stadiums.!!
