Our Minor hurlers completed the group stages of their championship campaign last evening in Clonlara where they came away with a 1-23 to 0-11 win.
The Bridge were trailing Inagh/Kilnamona on score difference heading into the last round of games but the table toppers were defeated by 2 points by Scariff/Ogonnolloe last evening to see the Bridge leap frog the combo into poll position guaranteeing a home Championship quarter final. To date the Bridge have recorded 4 wins and 1 draw to remain unbeaten heading into the knockout stages in 2 weeks.

The draw for the 1/4 finals is not yet finalised as there is a play off in Group 1 as 3 teams level on 4pts and no score difference in play in underage championships where a team will be eliminated from a competition.
The Bridge will be guaranteed a home 1/4 final for topping their group and will play 4th place in Group 1 when decided.

Qtr Finals fixed for Saturday 27th September
Clarecastle V Clooney/Quin
St Josephs DB V Inagh/Kilnamona
Sixmilebridge V Kilmaley or Ballyea (who play this Friday)
Scariff/Ogonnelloe V Tulla
