All roads lead to PΓ‘irc Tailteann on Sunday when Longwood and Killyon face off in a high noon showdown in the Senior B Hurling Championship Final.

The teams have crossed swords many times in recent years and there has rarely been more than a puck of the ball between them.  They know each very well, indeed many of them played alongside each other with considerable success in juvenile competitions through their teenage years.

But that will be forgotten when the ball is thrown in on Sunday!

Neither team played particularly well in their respective semi-finals, albeit in very windy conditions, but did enough to advance to the final.  With a championship and silverware up for grabs, we can expect both teams to up their performance levels come the weekend.

The game is scheduled to start @ 12:00 midday.  A big crowd is guaranteed so make sure to get to PΓ‘irc Tailteann in plenty of time.

So get your club colours and flags out for Sunday and lets turn PΓ‘irc Tailteann into a sea of white and black.

Your support could make all the difference!
