It is going to be a busy week ahead with lots of games at the business end of championship for our club teams.
First out are the Junior B1s who will face very strong Inagh Kilnamona side in the County Semi Final. This game takes place in Clarecastle on Saturday at 1230. Best of luck to Jamesy Haseett and Mikey Corbetts men as they do their best to return to the Junior A ranks.
Our U10 Hurlers are in Craughwell on Saturday afternoon for their annual trip to the Craughwell tournament - A big buzz expected here with Craughwell in the Galway County final also.
Next up is our U14A team when they face Ballyea in the County Final in Clareabbey in Sunday morning at 1030. The Keith Walker managed side have been training hard all year and hopefully will be able to add to the au15A title won earlier this year.
The following Saturday 25th October the Minor A team play their County Final against Clarecastle in Cusack Park at 2pm. Managed by Tadgh Keogh the side put in a great performance to overcome Inagh Kilnamona in the semi final. Beef of luck to the team.
Our U14s also contest the Academy A Shield Final on Monday the 27th at 1030 in Gurteen, best of luck her also.
The Junior Cmaogie team have also reached their county final where they will play Whitegate in O'Callaghans Mills on Sunday at 130pm. Managed by Michael O'Halloran best of luck to them in their final.
The U16A Camogie team are in the county semi final where they play Newmarket on Sunday afternoon 330pm in Newmarket. Hopefully they can reach the County Final.
