U21D Championship Semi Final
Sixmilebridge
Scarriff Ogonnolloe
Venue - O'Garney Park
Referee - Niall Donovan
Hard luck to our U21D team who lost out by a score to the amalgamation of Scarriff Ogonolloen in the championship semi final last Saturday in O'Garney Park.
At halftime the Bridge were in the lead by 4 points on a scoreline of 1-09 to 0-08, the goal coming from minor winner Conor Gleeson.
The second half saw a comeback from Scarriff Ogonnolloe and they finished out the half winners by 3 points on a scoreline of 0-19 to 1-13. Well done to this young group for some good displays in championship this year beating Clooney Quin and Clarecastle along the way, that will stand to them in the coming years at U21 and adult hurling.
