Kinvara GAA juvenile club would like to invite you to our AGM at the clubhouse meeting room on Tuesday Dec 16th  8pm.

Any nominations you are proposing should be returned to the Club Secretary in person, or by email,  no later than Thursday 11th   Dec 2025  6pm

For any club member proposing another member nomination, it is essential that you ensure that your nominee is willing to put themselves forward for that position.

Note 1 : For each nomination form submitted, both the nominator and nominee must sign and date the form before submission.

Note 2 : The nominator and nominee for club position  must be in at attendance at the AGM on the 16th of December.

Note 3 : The nominee must be a registered club member and have registered on or before the 31-March-2025.

All Nominations  forms MUST BE received by Dec 11th 2025,  as a fully completed form attached to an email sent to the secretary. Printed hard copy forms will be accepted.

No nominations received after this date will be considered. No nominations will be accepted through Whats app or texts.

Kinvara GAA Juvenile Club  are seeking nominations for all committee positions and managers .
