Naas Ladies Football Weekly Report 1st March 2026
Senior Report
The senior teams have enjoyed a very satisfactory pre-season, training in Kerdiffstown Park, for the upcoming Senior League campaign. The Naas senior team commence the League on 10th March against Kill , who will host this match and it promises to be a very competitive and entertaining encounter. Naas Senior 2 will compete in Division 6 , hosting Sarsfields2 , while Naas 3, the first year the club has entered a third team, will also enjoy home advantage against Carbury 2 on Tuesday 10 th March. Wishing all the teams a very successful League campaign.
U 15 League Campaign
The Naas teams begin their respective leagues on 7th March after many weeks of training in Kerdiffstown Park and there are four teams competing . Naas 1 will contest Division 1 and will travel away to Celbridge while Naas 2 have an away fixture to Athy in Division 3. Naas 3 will compete in Division 9, playing Round Towers away and Naas 4 will make the journey to Leixlip to contest the Division 11 match against Leixlip 4. An action-packed month ahead for all these players and we wish them a very enjoyable campaign

Congratulations to Lisa Shaw, Alannah Prizeman and all the Kildare Senior panel as they defeated Meath in Round 5 of the National Lidl Division 1 League match at the weekend, a very important victory in the league campaign. Wishing all the players continued success in the remaining fixtures.

Well Done to Lexie Reddington, Emily Gallagher and all the Kildare Minor panel , who contested a very competitive Round 1 of the Leinster Championship and after a closely contested match, the Wexford players ran out winners on the day. Great effort by all the Kildare players and wishing them all the best in the upcoming rounds.
Annual Table Quiz! Save the Date! Friday 6th March!
The annual Table Quiz, one of the main fundraising events , will be held on Friday 6 th March in Naas Clubhouse. This event promises to be a very entertaining night , an ideal opportunity to meet friends and enjoy the ‘ Craic’ and banter associated with this fundraising event. Your support is greatly appreciated as all the proceeds will be used to finance the development of Ladies Football at all age groups throughout the club.
