The club is delighted to announce that the Senior Team Captain and Vice Captain for 2026 have been selected.
This years captain leading the team for the Premier Intermediate campaign is Adam Breen. The experienced and versatile club player has been an excellent performer at this level in the last number of years. 'Breeno' is a great motivator and indeed the Tax Advisor with Xeinadin is also a coach with our U13s this year and they have just reached the County semi final.
Ably assisting Adam in the Vice Captains role will be Cathal Lynch, Cathal has returned from Down Under in recent years and last year had some super performances, we will be hoping he can replicate this again this year. Known for his super jumping ability under the high ball (possibly acquired or honed Down Under playing Aussie Rules!). 'Curly' an electrician with the Esb is also a coach with the U13s this year.
