Simonstown Gaels GFC are saddened to learn of the passing of John Grogan, father of our own Mags Hain, who passed away peacefully on September 4th, surrounded by his loving family.

On behalf of everyone at the club, we want to extend our heartfelt condolences to Mags and her family at this difficult time. For the past ten years, Mags gave outstanding service to our club as Juvenile Secretary and Club Secretary, roles she carried out with dedication, warmth, and genuine care for everyone involved. Even since stepping down last year, she has remained one of our most active members and supporters, and her contribution to this club will not be forgotten.

Our thoughts are with Mags, her husband Willie, her brother Peter, and all of John's family as they mourn the loss of a beloved husband, father, and grandad.
May John rest in peace. đŸ•Šī¸
