Sat Team - Donegal Town recorded a good win over Glencar Celtic at the Hospital Field, although the game was a much closer affair than the final scoreline may suggest. Donegal started brightly and scored when JP Byrne smashed the ball home from a corner. Glencar grew into the game after that and enjoyed large periods off possession. Glencar were reduced to ten men after 25mins after their right back was sent off for violent conduct. Glencar continued to dominate possession, however although they were unable to carve out any clear cut chances, the best of their efforts coming from long range. After the break Donegal doubled their lead when Stephen Graham finished well inside the area. Glencar then pushed on in an attempt to get something out of the game and were caught twice on the break in the final quarter. Joe Stitt was the beneficiary on both occasions finishing well when the chances presented themselves, to continue his fine scoring run. The final game of the season is next weekend versus St. Catherines

U14 - The 14's went top of the table with a dominant display at the Hospital Field. A great team display resulted in 8 goals for the Town. Jake Graham. Rionn Carr and Kiernan Degnan grabbed two goals each with Ruairi McLoughlin and Daniel McIntyre also getting their names on the scoresheet. In the end the game finished 8-3 to the home side. Well done lads on an excellent performance. The boys will be hoping to carry on their great current run of form into their next game versus Eany Celtic, in Eany, next Saturday 4th May.
