The Chat feature has been active now for a number of weeks on the ClubZap app. It has replaced the now defunct text message service.
Even having downloaded the app, you need to activate the chat feature. To do this, tap the chat tab at the bottom of the screen and follow the instructions regarding submitting your DOB etc. Once this is done, you will avail of all the chat features on the app.
The chat feature acts similar to WhatsApp but people cannot post to it. This ensures that the app is a safe method of communication and no illicit material can be posted to it.
However, it is possible to message the admin privately if anyone has any queries.
