Unlike other team management apps, all features of the clubzapp app are free for all members to use. We will have a transition phase as we move off WhatsApp groups and on to Clubzap for team management and committees. Contact your team mentor for information.

Join a team chat
To be included in a team chat group, tap the chat option on the bottom of the app and tap the green button to join a group.
Only request to join that team that you're a player or parent of a player in, or a committee you're part of.
Most Parent and player groups are admin chat only to prevent unnecessary notifications, however you can send an admin a private chat from the group.
Age verification check
Please note as you enter the chat groups for the first time there is an age verification check. Please enter your own age and not age of your child if a parent as u18s will not be allowed chat for child safety reasons. Contact PRO if incorrect details entered to have reset if entered in error.
Notifications
Enable notifications for the teams you're interested in. Tap 3 bars at top left of the app, select Notification settings.
Then select the teams you're interested in. When that team has a fixture or result updated you'll get a notification on your phone. You can still find other teams fixtures and results but you wont be bothered with unnecessary notifications.
As per other messaging applications, minors are allowed to request to join relevant chat groups with parent and mentor permission.
