Over the years the club have run a very successful timber sale coming in to the cold winters, this year was the biggest we ever had and such was the demand we could have sold as much more again. The funds raised from these sales have assisted with keeping the club running on a day to day basis and in more recent years have helped with funding the Arena project. It's success is down to the many great people who give us the trees followed by the mighty group of volunteers who cut and split the timber to get it ready for our all our fires and stoves.
Our saw men and splitters are edging to get going again when circumstances allow, all we need now are the trees !! If you or anyone you know have any trees (standing or fallen) that you need clearing then please do contact John Corbett on 086 326 1539. Thanks.
