We are delighted that our junior coaching program will resume next Monday 26th of April under the guidelines from the government.
Please note: All coaching sessions for term 2 will take place on the same day & same time as prior to lockdown.
We will be posting a health questionnaire next week on each chat group in clubzap the evening before coaching. Please complete before your child's session the following day.
We have 6 weeks remaining for Term 2. **Final reminder that term 2 fees have to be paid by this Friday April 23rd. If fees have NOT been paid by this date, you child cannot return to coaching for term 2. Please pay online to easy payments. Link attached www.easypaymentsplus.com
Reminder: Entry for all coaching is through the side gate in Ballinlough park (sanitizer station at this entry, please use!) and exit through main gate. Many thanks for your cooperation. (Please note 2.15 class enter through main gate as normal).
Drop off/Collection: Parents & children, please adhere to our Covid guidelines, only drop and collect children at the exact start and end time of your lesson. We appreciate this is an inconvenience but please support us during these challenging times.
We are very lucky to be in a position to still be playing so please remind your children of the importance of social distancing. All activities are subject to strict social distancing. These are very challenging times for our coaches so it is imperative we support them by adhering to guidelines. It is up to all of us to ensure juniors can continue playing. Please also note mobile phones are banned from the court.
We can also see from Clubzap that some parents have not turned on notifications (on phone settings and app) - please note you will miss updates as this is our primary method of communication. Clubzap makes our lives easier as a volunteer committee so we would ask you to please support us in this regard. Also please ensure you are joined "All BTC Juniors" chat.
