Old Conna was again the perfect venue for our Golf Classic, and what a day we had.

The sun shone down on all the golfers who took part in the annual event last Thursday.

Thanks goes to all who sponsored and supported the day and our club.

Our club photographer Carolina Murari took lots of great photos on the day, they can be viewed here:

This year had a scramble format to it, which meant they were plenty of birdies and eagles for the golfers.

Congratulations to the winning team of John O'Connor, Alan Doyle, Kevin Flanagan and Dave Sheehan. They won with a net score of 57 strokes.

In a close second place, came the team of Declan McNiff, Bryan Brannigan, Niall McNiff and Karl Brannigan.

While in third place, was Ed Murray, JJ Kearns, Colm Duffy and Tom Fitzgerald.

Eoin Spring won the men's Long Drive contest and Emma Hollingsworth, pictured here with chairman Ger Moffatt, scooped the prize for the Women's Long Drive.

Thanks to this year's committee for making the day so wonderful.

Huge thanks to all in Old Conna for their hospitality and for having the course in perfect conditions.

Roll on next year!
