St Finnachtas, Sixmilebridge NS headed to Cratloe this morning to face the local school with an win a requirement to force a 3 way play off in the group. The boys put in a massive performance and were unlucky to lose out on a score of 2-01 to 1-09 with Cratloe pulling away in the last quarter.
A big thanks to Mr. Lynch, Mr. Minogue and Mr. Heagney for the great work in preparing the boys for this competition. While it wasn't to be their year this year there were lots of positives with so many boys from 4th and 5th class who saw championship action and this will definitely stand to them for next year.

Kilmurry NS have qualified for the final of Division 4 Hurling following a top class game today against Ballycar/Stonehall. There was nothing between the sides for most of the game in a high scoring contest which Kilmurry won on a score of 8-16 to 8-12 for a finish. Best of luck to the boys in the finals which take place on June 11th and 12th.

Clonmoney continued their unbeaten run when they defeated Newmarket NS today in Newmarket on a score of 3-15 to 2-06. The half time score was 1-07 to 2-02 in favour of Clonmoney before 2 second half goals put them in the driving seat to record the win. They now play unbeaten Crusheen on Thursday in Newmarket at 11:30 to decide who will top the group.
