It was with deep sadness as a club today that we learned of the untimely passing of Gerry Crowley after a brief illness.

Gerry and his family have played an active role within both the mens and ladies club over the past decade.

Gerry helped out in coaching teams within the ladies club and was always the complete gentleman in his dealings with everyone.

He took great pride in his family in a football context and regularly captured photographs from games.

Gerry will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure to meet and spend time with him.

We offer our sincere condolences to his friends and family at this difficult time.

Reposing at his residence on Friday evening from 6pm to 8pm.

Funeral mass in St Josephs Church Miltown Malbay on Saturday at 11am with burial afterwards in Ballard Cemetery.

May he rest in peace.
