U15 Friendly result Ballyhar 3 MEK Utd 2. Excellent performance in a wet and windy Ballyhar this morning. A poor start saw us go 2 down early but once we got to grips with Ballyhars formation and upped our work rate we played very well.
A classy finish by Eddie Moroney when he chipped the keeper got us back in the game and it was 2-1 at half time. We played well in the second half and deserved the equaliser when Shane Evans finished a nice move to make it 2-2.
Nearing full time Ballyhar scored a third and despite our best efforts we could not get the equaliser. It was an excellent team performance from the entire squad.
