Last Friday evening MEK held our first ever walking football session at the Fossa astroturf Pitch. It was a great way to meet new people, get fit and more importantly, have fun. Congrats to Phil Tagney who scored the first ever goal at MEK United's Walking Football!
If you want to join us, come along next Friday 7-8pm in Fossa Astro pitch. Just a pair of runners and willingness to try something new!
