Congratulations Carl and colleagues

Coláiste Mhuire Mullingar added another Leinster title to the collection on Wednesday with a 1-10 to 1-7 after-extra-time victory against Knockbeg College (Carlow) to win the Leinster A Post-Primary First Year title and the Br Hubert Cup. 

Mullingar Shamrocks Carl Keane captained the team and made a fabulous acceptance speech.  Dylan Conlon lined out at centre-back. Caolan Murphy and  Paul Donlon were members of the winning panel. 

It was also a special day for the coach Emmet Walsh, a member of Mullingar Shamrocks senior panel, who himself won the Br Hubert Cup with Coláiste Mhuire on the same date  10 years ago.
